We aim to dispatch your items within 1-3 business days. All items are posted second class with Royal Mail and we will always keep proof of postage receipts. On some occasions, we may use a tracked or signed service, especially with large orders. All of our cards are sent using a 'DO NOT BEND' envelope. All of our frames are sent bubble wrapped. Once your item has been handed over to Royal Mail, it is our of our hands and in some cases, mail may be lost or damaged so please contact us at the earliest.
We will send you a mock up to the provided email address to ensure you are happy before we print and will amend until you are 100% happy! However, if you are unsatisfied with your product, pop it back in the post (You will have to pay for postage) and once we have received and inspected it, you will be sent a full refund. We do hope you are happy with your order.
Cancellation If you end up changing you mind after placing your order (as sometimes we all do) PLEASE message us to cancel your order ASAP! Returns As your products are personalised, we unfortunately DO NOT accept returns. The only time we will accept a return is with our greeting cards and only if a name has not been added to the front. However, every return will be posted at your cost.
