1. Cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Our items are made to order and mainly personalised.  The making/printing process begins as soon as an order is received and are often despatched the same day. Cancellations will not be accepted once the process has commenced. 2. Returns: We do not accept returns for our personalised products, or those made to order unless they are shown to be faulty. For non personalised items,   postage for returns will be at the customers expense and the item and it’s packaging must be unused, undamaged and in a resaleble condition.  Although we do not take responsibility for items damaged in transit, we will give every assistance in making a claim against the courier. 3. Exchange: Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Non personalised items can be exchanged with the original item being returned at customers expense and with additional postage charged for the replacement item to be despatched. The replacement item will not be despatched until the original item has been returned and received.
